passyourthctest.com is operated by MLM Holdings Group, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. "We", "us" and "our" below mean that company. By using the site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree with them, please stop using it.

1. Educational information only

Everything on this site — the articles, the state law pages, the detection calculator and the guide — is published for education. It is general information, not advice about your situation.

1.1 Not medical advice

We are not doctors and this is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nothing here creates a doctor–patient relationship. Talk to a qualified medical professional before acting on anything you read here, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a health condition.

1.2 Not legal advice

We are not lawyers and this is not legal advice. Drug testing law, employment law and cannabis law differ by jurisdiction and change often. The state law pages are a starting point for your own research, not a substitute for an attorney licensed where you live.

2. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee that you will pass any test. Nobody honestly can.

The detection calculator produces an estimate from published pharmacokinetic research and the figures you enter. Individual biology varies enormously — metabolism, body composition, frequency and duration of use, the specific assay and its cutoff, and the laboratory's procedure all move the real number. Treat the output as a rough planning aid and nothing more.

Nothing on this site is a promise about a test result, an employment outcome, or a legal outcome.

3. Who may use this site

You must be at least 18 to use this site or to buy anything from it. By using it you confirm that you are.

3.1 What you agree not to do

You agree not to use this site to:

• break any law, in any jurisdiction;
• tamper with, adulterate, substitute or otherwise falsify a drug test sample — this is a criminal offence in many places, and nothing here should be read as encouraging it;
• evade a legally mandated test, such as those required in safety-sensitive roles or under court order;
• harass or harm anyone;
• attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or distribute malicious code;
• scrape, republish or resell our content.

Understanding how testing works is not the same as defeating a test. This site is written for the first.

4. Purchases

4.1 How the sale works

The guide is sold through Shopify, which handles the checkout and the payment and is the merchant of record for your purchase. Your payment details go to Shopify, never to us. Their terms apply to the transaction alongside these.

4.2 What you receive

• A digital product, delivered as a PDF — there is nothing physical to ship.
• A download link on the confirmation page and by email to the address you used at checkout.
• A licence for your own personal use. Please do not resell or redistribute it.

4.3 Refunds

There is a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the guide is not what you hoped, email contact@passyourthctest.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you to your original payment method. Refunds are processed by Shopify and typically take 5–10 business days to appear.

The guarantee covers dissatisfaction with the product. It is not a refund for a failed test or a lost job, because the product never promised either. We may decline requests that are clearly fraudulent or abusive.

5. Our content

The text, design, calculator and artwork on this site belong to us and are protected by copyright. You may read, print and share links for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish or sell our content, or use it to train a commercial model, without written permission.

Where we cite research, agency guidance or statutes, those belong to their authors and are used for commentary and education.

6. Limitation of liability

The site and the guide are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the guide — including failed tests, lost employment, lost income or legal consequences. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to you only as far as that jurisdiction permits.

7. Links to other sites

We link to research, government sources and our merchandise store. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

8. Governing law and where disputes are heard

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

You agree that any such dispute will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to those courts having personal jurisdiction over you.

This does not take away any right you have under the consumer protection law of the place where you live, where that law says it cannot be contracted out of.

9. Changes and ending your use

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do, and continuing to use the site means you accept the revised version. You can stop using the site at any time. We may restrict access for anyone breaching section 3.
